Register your eligible charger in the Pion Power app, connect it through Wi-Fi, and enrol in GreenMiles. Check your GreenMiles account to track your points and compare your accumulated total with the reward milestones.

  1. Do referral and bonus points count towards Top-Up milestones?

Yes. Eligible referral, welcome and review bonus points count towards Top-Up milestones, helping you unlock rewards sooner.

  1. Can I collect the rewards from every tier?

Yes. Top-Up Rewards are cumulative, so each milestone unlocks an additional reward. Reach 8,000 points to collect all four rewards, worth $589 in total, on top of regular GreenMiles cash rewards.

  1. Do Top-Up Rewards affect my points or cash rewards?

No. Top-Up Rewards are extra benefits earned alongside regular GreenMiles cash rewards. Unlocking a reward does not deduct points from your balance or reduce their cash reward value. Cash redemption follows the program’s redemption process and verification requirements; unlocking a gift does not trigger an immediate cash payment.

  1. How long are Top-Up Reward coupons valid?

Coupons are valid for one year from the date they are issued . They can still be used after the 2026 Top-Up Rewards offer ends, provided they have not expired.

  1. Can I use the $300 store credit across multiple orders?

No. The $300 Pion Power store credit must be used in a single order, with shipping charged separately. If the order total, excluding shipping, is less than $300, any remaining credit cannot be used later or refunded.
