Share Your Experience in a Few Simple Steps

  1. Open the Pion Power app and go to GreenMiles Points → Offers → Review & Earn 20 Points.

  2. Select Write a Review and submit a review of at least 50 characters describing your experience.

It may take some time to process your review. Once processed, 20 GreenMiles Points will be added to your account automatically, and an app notification will let you know when they arrive. 

You can also return to view your review and explore what others are sharing.


Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Does my review need to be positive to earn points?

No. Genuine reviews from 1 to 5 stars are eligible. Constructive criticism and negative experiences can also qualify, provided the review meets the content requirements.

Reviews containing advertising, abusive language, personal information, unrelated content, duplicate content or spam will not be published or rewarded. Reward approval does not guarantee public display.

  1. How many points can I earn, and how will I receive them?

An approved review earns 20 GreenMiles Points, worth $2. Please allow some time for processing after submission. There’s no need to submit a screenshot or claim the reward separately, we’ll notify you through the app once the points have been credited to your account.

  1. Can I earn more points by reviewing multiple products?

Each GreenMiles account can submit one review and receive one 20-point reward, regardless of the number of products purchased.

  1. Can I edit, delete or resubmit my review?

Editing, deleting or resubmitting a review is not currently supported through the program. Please take a moment to check that everything looks right before submitting. 

  1. Where can I view reviews after submitting?

Select View My Review to see the submitted review, or See What Others Are Saying to browse approved reviews selected for publication. The Review & Earn 20 Points entry remains available after submission.

  2. Review Guidelines: Reviews from 1 to 5 stars are eligible for rewards, regardless of whether the feedback is positive or negative. Reviews containing advertising, abusive language, personal information, unrelated or duplicate content, or spam will not be published or rewarded.

  3. Reward Limit & Processing: Each GreenMiles account may submit one review and receive one 20-point reward. Points are added automatically after the review is confirmed to meet the content guidelines. Receiving a reward does not guarantee public display.

  4. Submission & Use: Once submitted, reviews cannot be edited, deleted or resubmitted through the program. By submitting, participants permit Pion Power to use their review in marketing materials. Email addresses and account information will not be displayed publicly.

  5. Program Administration: Participation is subject to the applicable GreenMiles terms and review guidelines. Pion Power reserves the right to interpret and administer the program in accordance with its published terms and applicable law.
