Test

It was easy to set up; now I'm intrigued to see how this app works. How quickly I could have the rewards. Thanks for the good support.

Excellent charger

I’ve been looking for 40A charger, which can deliver 9.6Kw for my EV. This charger was so easy to setup. It has excellent options to charge at a scheduled time. It also allows you to change the amperage to a lower number

Great charger & program once setup!

This charger which I setup works very well once installed and configured! Setup was difficult at first because my modem/router joins all bands together. You must separate them and use only the 2.4 GHz to run the setup.

Works Great!

Install was easy - mounted, updated, and started charging within an hour! Was a bit worried about connectivity from some reddit reviews, but my garage power plug sits only 20ft or so from the router so no problems here!

Works flawlessly

Purchased back in Aug 2026. But only been using it for just over 3 weeks. Have is scheduled to come on at a certain time at night, just before my vehicle charging schedule. Works flawlessly!

Just received the new 40a flex ac elite with NACS

So far looks great just unboxed and connected to the app.

Best ev charger

The Pion Power Flex-AC Elite is a fantastic EV charger for Canadian drivers. It easily switches between 120V and 240V NEMA 14-50P, charges up to 40A, and the long cable stays flexible even in cold weather.

More than satisfied

Been using this with Tesla and Prius for a month now. Installation and set-up was easy with no issues. Plugged into a 110V outlet 15A w/c meets my needs with overnight charging everyday, plus it’s portable for roadtrips!

Fast, Smart, and It Actually Pays You Back

I've been using the Pion Power EV charger for a few months, and honestly, it's a fantastic buy. The hardware feels really solid, and the 40-amp charging tops up my model X plaid incredibly fast overnight.

Superb EVSE backed by amazing Greenmiles program

Amazing quality EVSE for the price! Connects to home WiFi network to allow for greenmiles program integration. Depending on your rate plan from the electric utility you can actually be paid to charge your vehicle.

Great ev charger save you some money

Great EV charger with reliable performance and easy setup. The charging speed is consistent, and the app is simple to use. Customer service was also helpful and responsive.Overall, a great experience, recommend to everyone

Elite!

Charger been working since day 1. No issues connecting and charging. Now I can have my mobile charger as backup. Only downside is needing adapter for NACS.

It Just Works

Plug it in, connect it to wifi and plug in the car. It just works. No issues at all.

Support Help Excellent

I had initial software app installation confusion and support helped me get set up

The Win Win charger

Before I bought this charger I had both a 110V and a 240V charger. Both were just plug and charge but the pion power charger both 110V and 240V it has Bluetooth capabilities. It was very easy to set up. Now I earn money

Great EV charger and excellent value for the price. Installation was straightforward, charging has been reliable, and it works exactly as expected. The build quality feels solid, and I’m very happy with the performance

Excellent qualité prix

Excellent qualité prix. L’unique chose qu’ il faut améliorer est le support du pistolet. J’ai préféré un support avec angle en direction au sol. Celui-là a un angle droit.

Great 120/ 240Vac Charger

The Pion Flex AC Elite is a great charger. I purchased it in Apr '26 because it has the capability of working from either a 120 or 240Vac receptacle. I charge at two locations and needed the flexibility of this charger.

Great Charging Station

Easy to connect, no issues with charging and stacking up points for cash. Only drawback is I have to collect enough to pay for the charger.

Good value for the money

I bought two of these chargers. The price was reasonable. I find their output in kwhrs is consistent. If I had any issue with them is I don't think the wifi works as good as it should.

Nice and Easy

Got the box the charger came with, installed the app and was ready to go. The first charge I had some difficulty with tracking the rebate (may have lost internet connection). Reliable charging so far otherwise.

Very content

I've had the charger for over a month and so far extremely happy. No issues with connectivity, usage or charge time. Highly recommend

Excellent overall charger

I really like how this charger can be both a level 1 and level 2 and this be portable. I got it hooked up to a level 2 NEMA 14-50 plug and even at 32 amps this thing charges my car in no time at all. Excellent product.

Works well but

works well BUT it would be nice though if they had the option to get a 30A 120V adaptor plug and have the charger enable you to charge at 24A 120V Or at least up to that currently it only comes with a 15 & 50amp adaptor

Charger

It works great. I am now earning g green miles . Internet connection was a challenge had to add anathema to the garage and change security settings for it to connect but is connected now and working great!

How I saved 66 % on my EV Charging

Thanks to my Pion Flex-AC Elite, I am saving over 66% on my EV charges, averaging about $35 a month. The charge has worked flawlessly since it was installed a few months ago. Thank You Pion

Rough start but customer service is helping.

App seems good. Green miles program is great. Charger has issues but CS has requested I send it back for inspection. They paid shipping and will replace it if defective. Seems fair.

Excellent charger!

I am very pleased with the quality of product and the green miles program is fantastic!

Great Charger for Everyday Use

Good build quality and works flawlessly once set up. Wi-Fi setup was tricky; I had to use 2.4GHz and WPA2. Consistently delivers 32A with no issues.

Doesn’t disappoint

Am very happy with my charger and the program, especially since I got my 220 installed. I also use it with the 110 which works well and live the .10/kwh I like I can schedule my charging to take advantage of time of day

Works great

Works fine. Looking forward for the annual rebate.

Great Charger and GreenMiles!

The GreenMiles program is awesome! The charger works very well and is capable of up to 32 A of charge. Plugs into an NEMA 14-50R. Make sure you have a heavy duty NEMA 1450 R plug. This is the best charger!

Nicely Done

I like how it is easy to operate and the details it stores in.

Very good charger

The Pion Power Flex-AC Elite is a rugged, dual-voltage EV charger offering up to 40A power, smart app scheduling via Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, and swappable adapters for versatile charging at home or on the road.

Excellent charger

This charger is well made, app experience is excellent and is priced really well. Installation was a breeze and it worked really well with my Polestar 4. Also giving back 10c for every 1KWh which sweetens the deal.

Great unit

My charger is used to charge my 2025 ford escape phev and my Chevrolet 2026 bolt that is fully electric. My charger can be set to charge from between 6amps and 40amps witch is great for both fast or slow charging

Simple to set up and having both bluetooth and wifi gives extra options. Disconnects sometimes from the network but reconnects by itself easily.

I've been using this since May. Charger has worked flawlessly and their points program is a bonus. Since using it, I've recommended to several others as well.

So far so good

We bought this charger a fezw months ago for our phev. So far so good, works well. The plastic looks a bit fragile but didn't have any issues. We havent banked our awards yet but seems to be decent even we just a phev

Plug and play

Charge overnight. Just set it and forget it. Wake up and good to go for the days travels.

Chargers great

The chargers great, I have two. Only request is to adjust the green miles program to pay out when you reach the 100 dollars right away instead of waiting until first quarter

Great EV charger, solid build quality, easy to set up and use. Works reliably for my electric car, highly recommend!

Thanks Pion

Received my charger promptly. Setup was simple and began charging car with no issues. Thanks Pion.

Works well

Setup is easy, everything working well. Waiting for my first redemtion

Very good charger

Purchased the 32 amp level charger. Enjoyed the flexibility of 120volt and 240volt. The level 2 charger has greatly sped up charging times. No longer do I have to plug in every night, can charge once a week now.

Works well- only ''counts" when connected to wifi

I like that it has both level 1 and level 2 charge options and the charger is portable. I wish kilowatt hours, when it is not connected to wi fi, could be recorded and added when wifi reconnects.

Awesome charger

Multiple EV household. We have the 40 amp unit. We can charge 2 cars successfully and quickly in 1 day with lots of room to spare. Excellent build unit.

40a charger

Great charger good quality and easy to use plug and play. No issues

Charger

It's been a great charger no issues. Would like to be able to see how much I paid in utilities if I could input my rates and if it does the calculation for me. Also, would like to redeem cash in quarterly basis.

So easy to use and setup

As we have 3 vehicles that are electric, it was a no brainer to join the Green Miles Program to earn some $ back to offset our electric bill. The charger shipped quick and setup took less than 10 mins. Super easy.

Simple and Effective

Great experience with the charger so far. Setup was easy and the app works well. I appreciate the optionally on the input cable to give options should I want to upgrade to 240V or move.

Perfect EV charger

Very happy with my Pion Power Flex charger. Excellent product that supports all my charging needs. Has been reliable both fixed at home and on the road

Great charger and program

Great charger program very happy with the result. Hopefully the check comes in the mail for the credit accrued this year. Looking forward to it.

Great charger

Easy to set up and works great comes well packaged in a nice case. App is straight forward and easy to use.

Overall good product/program

Overall I'm happy with the charger but it can occasionally have an error when plugged into the vehicle causing me to have to restart the process.

Works great!

The charger replaced my Tesla mobile charger. I’ve had it for 8 months and have had no issues. The charger works as expected.

Good

Easy to install and works great. The Level 2 charger is solid, charges my EV fast, and the smart features are handy. Well built and good value for the price. Very happy with it and would recommend it.

Very easy to set up and get going

Currently charging 2026 Toyota Prius takes about nine hours with 10% battery left. I definitely like the $.10 per kilowatt hour thanks, Pion. The Toyota has a 13.6 kWh battery lots of good features with this charger,

Excellent charger

Well worth the small price, can be used on the go or at home, very flexible!

Flawless

It has been flawless and incredibly easy to use. What makes it unbeatable is the GreenMiles program. In Ontario, I pay 11 cents per kWh for night ime electricity - 10 green mile =$0.01 / kw gives me 400 km for 60 cents.

Very satisfied

At first I thought it was a scam. Get paid to charge your car. Well it’s true. The flex AC is simple to use. A lot less complicated than the original Toyota charger. I only drive a plug in hybrid but the points are addin

Amazing charger and rewards

Got this charger on sale and been collecting points since. Simple plug and play. The app works simply

Awesome charger that is way more durable than the Tesla charger we had originally. The app is awesome to see energy consumption and total cost of using an electric car. Thank you.

Works very well, no complaints at all! The setup was relatively easy and I haven't had to mess with it since then.

A versatile charger that works both as a home charger when anchored to a wall, or as a mobile charger with included adapters. Companion app packs a ton of features and is easy to use.

Great!

So far it’s been great. Can’t wait to build points

So Far So Good

I have been using this as my at home charger… was simply plug and play… I have yet to redeem my points for cash but am looking forward to an easy experience. Would recommend.

Quick Setup and Automatable

Very quick setup to get it off the ground with GreenMiles. For those using Home Assistant it's easy to tie in for automation.

Had it over 6 months now and it’s been working great!

Overall good experience

Item was packaged well and setup went smoothly over Bluetooth and Wifi. My Asus based wireless network did not cause dropping and disconnectivity issues for me during setup and usage.

So Far So Good

It works - I just wish it had a mount that allowed you to mount the unit upside down (with the charge cable coming form the top).

Great charger so far

I've been charging for about a month and it's been working out great. The only challenge was the initial setup. I could connect via Bluetooth, but wifi signal in my garage wasn't great. do setup with strong wifi!

It works really well. My only problem with it is how stiff the 40A cable is in cold weather. I don't recommend getting the 40A version if you don't need it and live in cold weather.

Great product!

Works great! Easier to setup and start charging than expected!

Simple and Reliable

The charger is fairly easy to setup, but once done its plug and play, everytime, no hassle. the charger connects to the internet and clicks to start charging within a timely manner and is reliable

Great charger and rebate program

So far so good. Connecting and set up was simple and smooth

Great after setup

Had a hard time getting connected to wifi as it seems to have a very short range. After adding a range extender, connection is solid and all is working as intended!

Excellent

Very easy setup, no issues going on month 6. Use it daily every evening. ABC - always be charging !

Excellent Home and Portable Charger

Using the charger at home and when on the go is definitely a nice feature to have compared to purely a 240V solution. Be able to adjust the charger current is a huge plus when using 120V.

Very good

No problem with the charger itself. It loses contact with my wifi once in a while for very short periods and gets it back. Never lost points. Wire is a bit stiff.

Works well

Quality unit that works flawlessly. Bonus points system elevates Pion above the competition.

Great charger with easy to use app

It was very simole to set up. App if fairly easy to use

Easy and Reliable

Purchased it from Amazon about 5 months ago for my first EV and I think I made the right choice. Easy to use and reliable. Plus the app is very intuitive.

So far so good

Was having a bit issues on initial setup but the tech Dept solved for me, now I am happy with it and earning points every night! Been using for more than a month now.

Works Great

My charger has been working hard for nearly a year with no issues. Plug and play!

Easy setup fast charger

Setup quickly and got first charge done at 9.3 KW. Love the plug temp sensor. Makes me feel much safer than my last charger!

Very satisfied

I’m very satisfied with my Flex-AC Elite Pion Power EV Charger. The charger is easy to use and works well. I configured it once and now I use it as plug and play (or maybe plug&charge ;). I love the Bluetooth feature.

Best charger yet!

I’ve been using the PION Power FLEX-AC Elite every single day for the past 4 months, and it’s definitely been put to the test! It’s become part of my daily routine, and I’ve had plenty of time to see how it performs with

Great value for the price

The price is great! My only critique is that they just recently came out with NACS shortly after I received mine, and it will cost me to exchange. Other than that, it’s worked great so far!

Très satisfaite

Très facile d’utilisation, été comme hiver (hiver québécois). Jamais eu de problème !

Very satisfied so far

Just received the charger this spring and it has worked flawless on both my Bolt EV and Ford Lightning. So far I have earned enough to pay for the charger.

Connexion rapide

Très simple d’utilisation et de connectivité. Je recommande fortement ce modèle de borne. Je l’ai utilisé en fin de semaine avec la fiche 120 volts et j’ai chargé ma batterie de 30% à 90% en moins de 24 heures.

Pretty good

Pretty good unit. After almost a year, I don't have much negative to say. Not the best cable around when it's cold, but it's not a big deal and it does what it needs to do, which is charge the car.

Great product

Super easy to set up. Works. No issues at all. Really happy with it.

Was relatively easy to install aside from some trouble when first setting up the app. Charging cord is slightly shorter than my previous charger. Other than that it works flawlessly and the points program is a good bonus

Great Charger Overall

I'm happy with my Pion Power Elite AC charger overall. It works well, and everything else about it has been good so far. My main complaint is that it doesn't track charging sessions when the charger is off Wi-Fi.

Super chargeur

Chargeur simple et efficace! Solide et joli! Installation ultra simple et rapide

Works as advertised . Would recommend to a friend. Thank you

Excellent Program

Great charger. And why not earn credits to get paid for charging at home? It’s a win-win all around

Great Charger

Got the charger on sale and very happy with it so far. Wish the app would save the wifi settings so you don’t have to keep entering the password each time you unplug the charger. Otherwise would highly recommend.

The Flex AC Elite is excellent. The quality of the product is great. The only issue I have is the apps keeps disconnecting even when I am close by.

Good

Very good product and I use it everyday. Love it Hahahahahahahahahahahahahha

Very happy after a rocky start.

I originally purchased the flex AC model . It would not connect to my Wi-Fi. Pion Power took it back and upgraded me to a flex AC elite. They were very helpful and made sure I was satisfied.

Great product

Simple and effective. No issues after needing some minor support during setup.

So far quite good

Using less fuel with the promised addition of cash back is a hit in my world

Good Product

Overall the Flex-Ac Elite is a good EV charger. The only thing they need to improve in the App and the connection. Sometimes the charger is not connecting to their system for the greenmiles program.

Great!

Great product, I have 2 electric cars and use the charger very often, so far very good experience. Green miles program is great as well . Definitely will recommend and I did , one of my friends joined

Fonctionne très bien j ai déjà 3000 point ces super

Excellent charger. Always reliable and no issues after a year of daily use

Great charger

Great charger. Nice cable and quality feeling. The carry bag is quite nice.

Good alternative to mobile 120v charger

I like that it can do level 1 and level 2 charging. The app is a lot better than swtch, however the cord is quite heavy compared to stock evse. I guess it's needed for 40 amps

Good charger but little complication with network connectivity for green mile. If you can figure the issue, you earn back each penny you spent for charging your EV

First charger. No issues so far. Charging time is fast. Looking forward to the Green Miles rebate.

Great

Great product good rewards Wish it was recommended to me when we first bought an electric car

Awesome

Best changer for the price and GreenMiles program makes it mostly free Tokyo charge at home.

Super easy

It took less than 5 minutes to set up. Make sure you order a NACS adapter ahead of time, it does not come with adapter unfortunately.

Product: Great so far. Rare connectivity issues. The cable gets very stiff during Winters. C Service: Customer service was not fast but received support for sure. Rewards: 10c is good but room to increase.

Overall positive, some hiccups with wifi.

Pleased with the charger so far, we are using is as a level 1 as we are renting and can't install a new outlet for level 2. Struggled with wifi, I had to give it a separate network with a shorter password to connect.

Flex elite 40a

Easy to use and collect green miles, with lots of useful info in the app

Great charger with great rewards. Easy setup and works flawlessly

Great product and customer support, rewards are tracked and logged diligently and device works well on either Bluetooth or wifi modes. Scheduler works without a hitch and annual rewards puts this above the competition.

Solid charger

Great charger, but can take some effort to fully insert. Make sure you remove and reinsert fully until you get the stated amperage (40A for me).

Would do it again!

This EVSE pays for itself within the first year, or put another way, the rebate system essentially makes it free to charge my EV. No waiting around to accumulate kWh before getting to $0.10/kWh. EVSE works reliably.

Nice

Easy installation, good to use. Would like to get it any time for any other friend.

Great product, easy to set up and works well for charging.

Fantastic unit

Great product, once set up everything is just plug and play to earn rewards

As a Polaron customer, it was easy to pick Pion Power for EV charging which integrates seamlessly with my solar panels in the app. The Green Miles program is very competitive one it's own when compared to other options.

Fonctionne A1 !

Great! Easy to use, fantastic app

The charger was well priced, got it on sale, it’s worked flawlessly and the app is have no complaints about!

Plug and play charger

Connect to your network, plug in to your car and watch your point grow. I drive 45k+ a year and am on track to collect a little more than $1k per year in cash. That covers all my operational costs to run an EV.

Great and Simple

Charger is super easy to use. Works straight out of the box. App looks nice and functions well with lots of useful statistics and flexible settings. Overall an excellent product, highly recommended!

This charger was really easy to set up and use. The app isn't clunky and it's nice to be able to earn cash back and points just for charging. It has a long cable that started off fairly rigid, but softens over time.

Decent charger

Charger works, it's nice that it has both 240 and 120 option. No real complaints, just works as it should.

Good but needs nacs adapter

It’s a roubst adapter but it doesn’t come in nacs.

Good charger. Excellent points

The charger does a solid job was very pleased with it so far. excellent rewards program for getting carbon credit points

Collecting points

Took a few tries to get the schedule to work with the right combo of settings within the charger and the vehicle option (Chevy equinox ev). Now, I can plug in when I get home, and it will charge overnight when cheap.

This charger was easy to setup. It is nice to have the connectivity to my phone to monitor and customize charging settings. It is fun being a part of the Green Miles program with rewards along the way.

Great charger and Greenmiles program

Very happy with the chargers, we own 3. The cord could be a bit more flexible in cold weather, this is my only criticism. Love earning 10 cents per kwh with Green miles as well as the top up program. Highly recommend!

Works

Does what it says on tin A few connection issues

Very happy with this program

Love our Flex AC Elite charger. Simple setup, great incentives. We charge two EVs and earning money while we charge.

Works well

I can charge without an issue at my 32A. Initially it throttled at 22A but was about to reset it and will go to 40A if needed.

Works exactly as advertised

I have been using a level one charger for more than a year - folks talk about ranging anxiety, I had charging anxiety. With the GreenMiles program, upgrading to level two was a no-brainer. Very happy, highly recommend.

Fait la job!

Le chargeur fonctionne sans failles depuis trois mois. Le programme Greenmiles est parmi les plus généreux au Canada - Difficile à battre!

Great charger

Easy setup, works flawlessly, and getting the green mile rewards, would totally recommend.

Good experiwnce

This works great. Just a bit tricky knowing how to claim cash or not hit the button to claim credite(there should be an extra step to confirm you are claimeling as credits before the point transfer IMO). Love the rest.

Easy and Efficient

Simply just plug-in and confirm on the app to start your charge. It might be even free for the charge depends on your area electrical services plan, and I like how they sometimes have special offer!

So fast and easy

I’m in the country and worried about how well the charger would work and connect, but it was so quick and easy to use. I got my first full charge overnight and the app kept me updated with details. It was grest

Very happy with the Green Miles program. Set up can be tricky depending on your wifi settings, best to go on the Facebook for troubleshooting if you need. Once set up it's pretty much automatic with no charging issues!

Great CFR program!

The GreenMiles Program has been great and getting 10 cents/kWh is awesome. Love that it pays at every 1000 points earned and the additional gifts for reaching milestones make it even more rewarding. Keep it up! 😎🤩

Overall an excellent product.

I received the charger in June and had some initial wifi connection issues. I found that the charger location was in a wifi deadspot so ordered a range extender which completely solved the problem. Very satisfied..

Amazing product

Really impressed with the product quality as well as the credits received! Basically charging for free (Actually, earning 0.2 cents per kWh!) highly recommended

Great EVSE

I had no issues setting it up and connecting to my wifi and phone. Works great since day one.

Effortless

Switched from a Tesla mobile charger to the flex ac elite. Charger was easy to set up in the app and I’m earning to charge now

Flex Ac Elite

Been using it for a month with no issues. Easy to set up and use.

Great charging program

I’ve made back my purchase in charging rebates already!

Great program and charger

Perfect charger, easy to configure. I would like more flexibility on point redemption.

Happy with purchase. Smooth and easy transition with charging, app and point accumulation. I recommend it everyone around me.

Good Charger

Works well and is portable with Greenmiles Rewards collection. Wifi and app allow scheduling and monitoring of usage.

Get paid for your charging

Very happy with the Flex AC Elite. It’s reliable, easy to use, and makes home EV charging convenient. The GreenMiles rewards are a great added benefit.

Easy set up. Works as designed. Just started using the charger, so long term experience is not available

great charger but make sure to use it on a 2.4ghz wifi. Or else it will cut out often and you'll loose points.

Great working charger

I would say that this charger has been great so far and I love the capability of having both level 1 and 2 charging with a simply change of connector. I am yet to try the level 2 charging but loving collecting the miles.

Great deal

I'm happy to be getting anything back for charging my car, let alone more than I pay at off peak. Everything seems great!

5 Months Review

I have been using the Elite charger for about 5 months now. No issues so far, with the exception that when manually charging from the app, it requires pressing the button on the app twice before charging starts.

Functions As advertised

This charger is great because you are able to use as a level one charger if you don’t have the install for level 2. Everything seems to work as advertised. Pretty cool that it has wifi and Bluetooth built in.

Easy to install and very simple to use. The charger works reliably, and I like being able to monitor and control charging through the app.

Works!

It took a bit to get going, and the 2.4gh limit to the WiFi connection is a big pain, but once you work out the bugs it works really well. The one star loss is from the initial frustration of old WiFi needs.

The charger has been great. Setup is easy. Earning greenmiles is awesome

So far so good

So far less than a month of ownership for charger. Very happy so far for my setting, can only use level 1 for my garage but it’s been working without a hiccup.

Good Charger

Charger has been great so far. Works as expected. Green miles program is an added bonus!

Wonderful

The setup was straightforward, and I like being able to monitor and control it through the app

Overall nice charger

Very easy to use. It can programmed to only charge during lowest-cost periods and automatically start when plugged in.

Great experience

I’ve been using the charger for almost a year, and it’s been pretty consistent and reliable. Strongly recommended as it makes driving much more cost effective!

Charger

Decent charger. WiFi connection isn’t the greatest, so has to add a booster closer in the garage.

Brilliant

The 30-foot cable works well with my Ioniq 5. I had a few minor Wi‑Fi setup glitches, but customer service helped me sort them out. Happy with the charger overall.

Versatile and easy to use

Easy to use either standalone or connected, comme with a nema 5-15p and nema 14-50p plug, this evse can be use everywhere

Great charging system.

Charger has been great but cable is thick and pretty riidged in cold weather. Easy setup. Earning greenmiles is fantastic App is good but fonts are very small and not adjustable.

Happy with my choice

This is my first charger and I am glad I have chosen the right one. Easy to use with no problems. Unit is stable and reliable. Glad to have the option for 110V charging before my level 2 cabling is completed.

Great… mostly

I’ve been using my Flex Elite since May without any major issues. The only minor concern is some false positive network communication errors. They only tend to last a few minutes, but can get a bit annoying.

Great so far

Solid build. Couldn't hook up to my router right away. Found out that it won't hook up to 5ghz only 2.4hhz. That's the only negative I have with it. Other then that it's been a great charger

Pion power

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Pion Power! The team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the service was excellent.

Well made

Well made product. Cord seems nice a flexible. It can be made portable so that’s a bonus.

Bang for you buck - but...

Some people had issues with setup but I didn't. Connect your phone to the charger, tell the charger your wifi info and boom. It works great, it doesn't get hot. BUT there's no buttons on the charger. App only 👎

Overall pretty good

The product appears to be working well so far. Some minor issues at the time of setup, but they seem to have self corrected. Really enjoy knowing that I can get money back for simply driving and charging my car!

Good

Great unit of work for me to be doing this week with a new project

Excellent charger

Have been using charger for four months now. Very happy with performance. No issues. Only thing I had to adjust was location of WiFi router to get better signal. No fault of charger. Would highly recommed. 👍

Great

Excellent product and rewards, unit has not given any issue and the extra stats is nice

Great Charger

I love the Flex-AC Elite! It’s a great charger and the best part is the green miles program that earns you cash and other rewards. The only downside for the other rewards is you have to pay a high shipping fee.

Works great!

I've had this for about 5 months now and I've been delighted. It was an easy install and has worked great ever since. I have set it up to charge overnight on my low rates but can still charge during the day if needed.

Pretty good experience so far, no issues connecting charger to wifi or Bluetooth. Only annoyance is always needing to open the app and set a schedule for charging session.

Love it

One of the best programs out there. Charger is super robust!

Great product and great service

The EVSE is built well and very portable I did have a slight hiccup with a defective plug but customer support was easy to deal with and fixed the issue and with the green miles program it will pay for itself

Works

Works well, connecting can be difficult initially. Once its setup it reconnects without issue.

Excellent charger

I have had a great experience with this charger. Easy to setup and use. No issues!

Good bang for bucks

For the price and the effectiveness this is a go to charger!

Great charger / program

Would give it 4.5 stars if possible, the only reason it's not 5 is the occasional connectivity issues even though I have 3 gig internet and mesh routers. The green miles program is great and they constantly give bonuses!

Good and efficient. Never have an issue with the charger. Cashback working as planned.

Excellent charger

I have mine on a 40 amp circuit even though it is a 32 amp charger. 2025 Equinox RS. Charges from 30% to 100% with no heat build up even in the summer. App works well and was a breeze to set up. I have had zero issues

Excellent charger and app

Fairly easy to set up. Hassle free and app made it easy for scheduled charging. Would recommend esp w green miles, hard to pass on.

Nice upgrade from stock

This was my first charger after my stock one. No far I've been pretty happy. I'm also happy i can finally monitor my charger.

I’ve had no issues since grabbing the Pion charger. Works perfectly

Excellent quality

Feels premium even compared to tesla chargers. Higher speed also appreciated!

Great Level 2 smart charger!

Great Level 2 smart charger! The Flex-AC Elite is reliable, easy to use, and handles home charging efficiently. The smart features are a huge plus for keeping track of everything. Zero complaints.

Works well, as advertised

Flex AC Elite charger works well with a 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E. Pairing worked well, especially as I was aware to make sure the firmware of the charger was up to date.

Straightforward program with great earn rate

I did a lot of comparison research before committing to Pion Power. The GreenMiles program has the highest earn rate and is the simplest program to sign up for. I had no issues connecting my charger via Bluetooth!

Great quality

This is a great charger. I love how portable it is. Fast level 2 charging and still useable as a level 1 charger. With all that you also get .11$ per kWh back. You cannot go wrong with this.

Easy to use and reliable

I have used for last four months with zero issues and easy to use App.

100% Satisfied

Great product, great price and after the green mile rebate, it’s even better.

Great charger

Great charger, no issues, had it since Jan 2026. Would definitely recommend

So far so good

Charger works good, wish it was easier to adjust charging current but overall good.

Good Product

Happy with the product so far. Definitely an upgrade from my Charge Point Charger. The app could use some better translation to English services. The app also isn't full screen on a flip phone (not a huge deal)

Awesome

Very reliable network, no issue at all. Very good.

Easy set up

Set up was easy but you need decent wifi range to get points for charging. You can still connect through blue tooth if it is not connected to wifi and use the app but no points credited. Otherwise works well.

Best EV charger out there!

This is the best EV charger out there! With the best points program to match. The integration and app has been seamless. Hope they keep up the great work!

Good experience and reliable after sales service

I had some overheating challenges however, the customer service team from Pion power was very prompt and sent me a replacement adaptor cable right away with solved the problem. Three months in and the charger is great.

Great charger

I love this charger and the app. Can control every aspect of the charging cycle.

Very good charger. No complaints. Works well so far.

Great option

Once it is set up it works quite flawlessly. Would be nice for it to be a free option, but it doesn’t take long to pay it off.

Great product

Great quality Great app Can it be modified so that you can plug in multiple chargers into each other?

Perfect

Works pretty flawlessly. Can't wait to get my cash back in the new year!

Reliable charger and support

Charges does what it supposed to do and has nice features in the app. I like the info and visuals and customisation. Support sent a new charger when I had an issue with the handle not unlatching properly.

Overall, very good.

It does its main job of charging very well. The app leaves much to be desired, like making it easier to join/switch between wi-fi networks, and the ability to set charging parameters before plugging in and auto-starting.

Great product

Works every time and never had problems. The wire is getting stiff in the winter.

Great Charger - Great Rewards

Been using the Flex AC Elite charger now for a little over 6 months. I drive a PHEV so am just using it as a level 1 charger for overnight charging which works great for my usage. The charger works great!

Good product, not so good app

The charger itself is good, but the app has a few issues, some typos in places and some things not clear, but we worked through it.

Excellent charger

Charger is great. App is easy to use and the value is great. I would highly recommend this charger to anyone who has an electric vehicle. The greenmiles program helps reduce the cost of ownership and is a great perk.

Got the flex-ac elite back in March to take advantage of Pion's greenmile program. App works decently, no problems with the charger. Looking forward to the rebate cheque next year.

Great unit

Its a great little unit. Charges quick. Provides all the info i need. I recommend.

Fantastic Charger 🔋

I've earned nearly $200 in green miles in my first year. Just wish the Tesla NACS connector had been available when I'd purchased.

Best Level 2

Fast efficient no hassle. Easy to install plug and play. Good support from service dept.

Great

It is simple to use and we have enjoyed the ease of it. We play a lot of sports in our family so we are constantly using her vehicle for one hour to 1 1/2 hour drive every day. The time/points add up quickly!

Solid Charger with room for improvement

Solid build & quality, highest earnings per kWh. I have twom & used it for 9 months now, no issues. Improvements? 1) More manageable cable size/diameter, it's very difficult to move in winter, 2) The App could be better

Pretty good!

The initial setup was confusing and poorly documented, but once I got past that it's been perfectly fine.

Nice and easy

Great EV charger — solid build quality, reliable charging, and the flexible cable length makes garage installs easy. Highly recommend for daily home charging.

Nice versatile charger

Love the dual 115v 230v options included with this. The variable amp settings are nice. The bluetooth setup was a breeze. Only thing that could make it better is maybe a rubberized cord instead of the hard plastic, & 25’

Lovin it

Being able to charge at level 1 and level 2 is great. I have taken the charger with me on over nights and had no issues charging wherever I stay. Works well and love the idea of the points.

Great little unit

This unit is very easy to set up and simple to use. The credit system is very competitive while the hardware has been flawless over the time I've been using it. My car only charges to 32a so I opted for this one.

Très satisfait dans l’ensemble

La borne est facile à utiliser. L'application est très facile à utiliser et l'interface me convient parfaitement. J’ai moins de succès avec le service

Great charger and rewards program

The flex ac elite charger has been reliable and robust during the winter months. Wifi connection with the charger is quite reliable. Overall great charger and rewards program.

Great

Awesome program, loving it. So easy to set up and works all the time.

So far so good

Been as advertised. Easy to use and good rewards. App is relatively straightforward. Only using as L1 charger until new outlet install. Looking forward to L2 speeds.

Good Charger & Great Program

No problems with my charger so far in 3 months. Charger works well, I’ve taken it with me when I travelled and it’s awesome. The rebate program is nice and I’m looking forward to getting my first payment early next year!

Excellent product

I have purchased two EV chargers from Pion Power. Each has been reliable and easy to use. The GreenMiles program is a true game changer and the best of its kind in Canada.

Easy setup

This charger is super easy to set up and fully featured. I love how it supports both 120v and 240v with the same charger!

Good charger sometimes have connectivity issues

Overall an amazing charger if you're using it as a regular charger. Occasionally it'll have connectivity issues with wifi which causes it to not record points

Very pleased the the experience.

Happy to have found the Pion charger. It is very easy to use and the schedule feature is more reliable than on the car.

Great

The product is solid, clean/easy app to use. I would recommend it

Stellar experience

Best on all aspects, no headaches using it, going to fully electric.

Great EVSE, just a couple minor issues

Initial setup can be tricky (we got a blink code that isn't in the manual), cable is a bit short and stiff and I had to use the spacer so it looks a bit silly installed. Other than that it's great and does what we need!

Great experience so far!

Easy to instal, nice build and also has a nice design to it. I am confident that this charger is set to last for a long time.

Good product for the price but the client service is too slow. Easy to install. I like the app too.

Charger is great. App is pretty good too. Set up a schedule but just have to remember to override manually if charging beforehand

Does what I bought it to do

I bought it to charge my car as a level 1 charger. It charges at 1.4kW as expected. The app is pretty good. I wish it gave the option to export the data to excel for spreadsheet purposes.

Easy to setup and use

Very easy to setup, use and track your GreenMiles rewards. My only issue is the wifi cuts in and out a lot. If not connected to wifi you don’t earn points while charging. Customer support has tried to help with the issue

Growing Pains

Overall I’m happy with the concept and the product. I’ve told all my EV friends about the buyback program and encouraged them to join Pion Power. Only setback I’ve encountered consistently is the customer service.

Solid Charger

I live in a condo and charge off a level 1 outlet in the garage. The Flex AC allows me to use a mobile connector setup and still participate in a rebate program, highly recommend!

Best charger

It works great good quality product great size carrying pouch

Almost perfect 👌

Honestly it's a great charger - user friendly, feels well built, and the app has been working great for me. My only complaint is that I wish there were a NACS version because I don't like having to use an adapter.

Great product

I have been using this since March and it has been a solid product. We did have one issue but the company resolved in a timely manner

Very good

The charger sometimes overheats and throttles down to 5kw instead of the 7kw. But I’d rather that than a melted socket. As far as I can tell, this charger is the only one that has a display of temperature on both side.

Not bad

Charger requires an older version 2.4Ghz WiFi architecture.

Happy with the charger

Overall content with how this charger handles. Has a solid cable compared to my other one. I also wish the Intelligent Charging was enabled by default so that I didn't need to manually go into start the charge each time.

Great

Been very happy with this charger. Was easy to setup and the software is easy to use. Replaced my Flo charger

App and charger work flawlessly! Recommended to my fellow ev owners.

Very good once charger connected

Had a lot of trouble getting the charger connected to the internet. Once that was fixed, the Green Miles program has been easy to use and very worthwhile.

The product itself works very well. The only issue is that it is only compatible with WPA-2 security on your wifi network, so if you use WPA-3 you will have to downgrade the security first

Good program, solid charger

Joined PionPower because other providers were offering so little at the time and pleased with the charger. I charge at 32A with the NEMA 14-50 plug and it’s a solid unit. Just wish the wifi reception was better.

Pion charger has always worked to charge our vehicles and never let us down but the network to collect points has not been reliable and we have missed out on GreenMiles multiple times.

Great experience!

Very seamless to install and to charge with plug and charge. Very happy with my charger.

Great charger - simple and fast

I’ve been using this charger with my Kona and I’m really happy with it. It feels solid, works every time, and 32A charging at home is such a nice upgrade. I honestly wish I had bought it sooner 😄

Good charger and app

I like the charger and app. Statiesfied so far. I recommend this if looking for free. Good thing that it's portable.

All good so far

Very pleased with the Flex Elite. It was easy to set up and the app is easy to use. The one time there was a problem with the cloud/back end, Pion apologized and gave us some points. Nice gesture.

Great product

It's a great product. It tracks the temperature of the plug and outlet which allowed me to find out my outlet was failing (overheating). I have been lvl 1 charging for the past 8 months and it has worked perfect.

Fast efficient no hassle. Easy to install plug and play. Good support from service dept. No issues so far

The charger works great. I have no complaints about the product

Easy

Very happy with this charger. The green miles are a great benefit.

Pretty good charger I like the fact that you can swap between 110 and 240 volts. The Wi-Fi networking could be a little bit better to support Enterprise Wi-Fi but also easy to swap between networks when traveling.

6 months using and no issues

The Pion app and charger were easy to connect and get operating. In 6 months I have had no issues. Having a strong wireless connection is helpful to avoid dropping connection while charging.

No complaints

The charger works great. The fact it's mobile and valid for the GreenMiles program is why I got it, most chargers with rebates are not mobile, this one is.

It just works. All I needed.

The charger and the app both work well. There are no unnecessary bells and whistles. I plug, it charges, and I get rewards. Hopefully rewards will match other programs next year.

Charger with the perks!

Been fairly impressed with the charger as you can configure a number of things including amps to the single digits where some chargers only have a preset number. Also getting the greenmiles isn't a bad thing either!

Recommend

Easy to use and love getting credit. Like that I can program when to charge to pull power in the night.

Good EV Charger , it's easy to use, checking and monitor . I strongly recommend this EV charger use for all EV car

Outlander

Charger works very well. So far no problems. Easy to use. User friendly apps Occasinal looses connectivity.

Very good

Had a couple of glitches getting things set, but since then no issues.

Love this program!

My only regret is not joining earlier. I thought it was too good and too easy to be for real. I didn't understand that it was funded by carbon credits, had I known that earlier I would not have been so skeptical.

Great product

Had it now for 4 months and works like a charm. No problems so far!

Excellent once connected!

The charger has been working well overall other than the start-up process. I required a WiFi Extender for my outdoor installation of it. It can overheat in direct sun too, but I've saved a few hundred in rebates!

Frustrating initial setup, but no issues since

This is the only portable charger I could find that allows you to collect rewards. Initial Wi-fi setup was a nightmare. It wouldn't stay connected. Strangely a few days later it started working & I've had no issues since

Level Two Charging

Easy ordering, quick delivery, and easy spp setup on this charger. Nice app that shows lots of detail including usage daily, monthly, yearly, tates of charging , temperatures of devices and scheduling of time charging.

Très bonne borne, facilement transportable, mais malheureusement le câble du connecteur j1772 est trop court.

Pretty good so far

Bought the open box unit. Had some initial setup issues related to wifi but with the help from support, it was all sorted out. So far so good.

Pion power

La borne est facile à utiliser. Elle se transporte facilement. L'application est très facile à utiliser et l'interface me convient parfaitement.

Good Unit

Initially it was a little finicky to set up and I had to get a mesh system to ensure I had a good enough signal in my garage, but all is good. It does a really good job of cutting the down the power to keep the temperatu

Working great, would but again. Good price, repas back fast.

Works well

I like that it’s a Canadian company. I’ve had a couple issues over the past 3 years, but I usually get prompt to reply from Support and they have always been able to get things resolved.

Love the charger and company

Fantastic. The charger works great and the cashback is nice too

Good once issues are fixed

Charger had some connection issues at first but once it was updated it's never lost connection again. Only issue with it now is once in awhile. You have to plug it in twice for it to connect to the car but solid charger

Works fine

Device does what it is supposed to. Charges my buzz at 40A(which is way better than 32A) and collects carbon credits. If you lose network though… no carbon credits. That sucks but just have to keep that wifi going.

Perfect for my EV. The app is really easy to set up. You can set charging times according to your home electricity plan. It's 3 hours faster than the car's built-in charger, and it can fully charge in 10 hours.

High quality charger

Very high quality charger, easy to switch the adapter if needed.

Good charger

Good charger, easy to set up. The app works well with good tracking of electric usage.

It was a bit of a pain to set up given the WiFi restrictions but has worked perfectly since getting that sorted out

Great app

I love my new electric car and the charger I got for home. The app keeps me up-to-date with the charger and I can easily keep up with my earned points.

Greenmiles Program Charger

So far this charger has been awesome. Its only been a little over a month and I have already earned over 1000 points. The unit feels solid and was easy to.instal and get working. It is faster than the one VW gave me .

Great app connectivity

Pion app has amazing UI and useful features like scheduling, live stats and charging history. Only issue I had was chargers inability to seamlessly connect with 5 GHz wifi and having to manually seperate 2.4 and 5 GHz.

Great Charger for a great program

After reviewing several charging options, I went with this model through Pion Power and have zero regrets. Points accumulation is competitive and the charger itself is more than adequate for my needs!

User Experience

Really happy with the Pion Flex AC Elite electric car charger! One of my favourite features is that it can be used as a portable charger, so you don’t have to permanently drill or mount it to the wall.

Excellent EV charger

Been using the Pion Power Flex AC Elite for a while now. You can adjust the charge rate from the app, and scheduling it for off-peak hours has actually saved money on electricity. It also shows the charger's temperature

Good hardware, reliable interface

We have been using the device for approximately 6 months now. No downtime and reliable charging, scheduling is seamless and the system works as intended. It did take some time to get the charger talking to my internet.

Works great!! I like the app connectivity. The plug handle is more flimsy than I would like.

Great Overall, Would recommend!

I start off by saying the charger is very well made and packaged. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the initial wifi setup. Once setup though, it has worked flawlessly.

Works great, well made

I found the initial setup confusing. There seem to be conflicting sets of instructions online. Once I connected with bluetooth, the wifi started working. No problems since after a couple months of daily use. Nice cord.

glad for the tech support, works well now

After an initial hiccup with the charger not connecting to my internet router, Pion took my charger back, reset its firmware and now I'm earning green miles! I love that i can recoup my cost of charging!

Took a bit to connect

Once I got the Wi-Fi connected to it, everything has worked out well. It needs to connect to a 2.4 MHz Wi-Fi network. And if you’re not aware of that, then it can be really frustrating until you realize it.

No issues to date

Setup was painless, charger works without issue and tracking has been reliable.

Great Charger

This charger is so easy to use and very good quality. It looks sharp and is very compatible with my Tesla. The app is easy to understand and fun to check my points earned.

Excellent charger

Was rather skeptical about the charger before buying especially about the setup. My setup experience was seamless and the greenmiles tracking has been eventless (which is a good thing). Charger and tracking have been A+.

Great experience

Owned the charger for 4 months, its been great so far easy to setup. Plug and charge no drama. Doesnt get too hot while charging keeps max charge speeds. Its there in the background does its job.

Happy

In general, I’m very happy with this charger and the app I have yet to redeem anything. I have had some connectivity problems but they might be due to my wifi. The points build up quickly

Great charger

Great charger and packaging. So far so good. Great incentive program as well. Very pleased with my first electric plug in hybrid experience.

Excellent Product

A very high quality charger. Much better than the original that came with my Mustang Mach E. Combined with the App, it gives much better control over charging

Good charger

Great EV charger with a very easy setup and installation process. The app is simple, intuitive, and makes it easy to monitor and manage charging. Overall, a reliable and convenient charger that I’m very happy with.

Simplicity & efficiency

I bought this ev charger this summer to charge my equinox. This charger was simple to use and the app is user friendly. Actualy i almost reach 4000 green miles !

Quality and build appears to be good. App is fairly easy to use. Instructions of the LED status can be confusing during initial setup

Works great

Charger connects to car every time, no issues. Steady full-rate charge. Would highly recommend.

New Experience

I bought the charger because of the program to get paid for kWh used. The app is very easy to use. It helps me track the amount of kWh easily. It mounts nicely in my garage and the cord is easy to plug in and fits well.

Overall quite happy

Really happy with it so far. Pairing was quick and straightforward, and the whole setup process was very easy. Everything connected without any issues and was simple to get up and running.

The charger works great, easy to set up no issues.

Charger

Very easy to use and love the scheduler in the app.

Good Program

Great program, green! Very robust level 2 charger, made in Canada property certified. The app has worked flawlessly and is user friendly. Nothing negative to report, very happy so far, 7 months with the program.

Works as advertised

I have had the charger for almost a year and like the ease of connecting, account setup and use. Haven't had a green miles Redemption yet so i can not comment on that. Feels well. Made.

C'est un bon chargeur

Malgré une perte de communication avec le serveur de Pion de quelques jours, ça va quand même bien. J'espère ne pas avoir de problèmes à encaisser les Green miles l'an prochain.

Functional

Works well. Portable and comes with regular as well as nema 14-50

amazing totally worth it

never miss a beat this charger is very convenient especially if you sharing with someone in the same house as you can track everything and manage schedules. love their rewards program too

Excellent!

Bought for my Tesla, and have had no problems! Has been reliable and great to see that I get subsidized on my electricity

Good product overall

I have the flex ac elite and it’s a good product overall BUT I had the flex ac before (which is still active as my second one for my other car) and that one is very hard to get connected to the wifi and keeping it up

Great experience to date

We have had our mobile cable connector for a few months. Although we had challenges getting it to connect to the internet, in order to collect the points, the Pion team was very patient and helpful in helping us.

Great charger/program

Flex AC-Elite charger has been nothing but fantastic so far. I have been in the program since the beginning of June 2026 and have nothing but a positive experience. The charger itself is high quality and have had no issu

Amazing

Great charger. Very well built. The Green Miles program is solid. I basically charge for free!

32A cable is flexible, Scheduled charging works we

The cable on the 32A unit is thin and flexible. I have solar and use the scheduled charging to align when I am producing power to lower my electricity bills. The pion app works well for me.

Solid

The Cord length was slightly shorter then my factory charging cable. To find the charging device via bluetooth my phone had to be almost on the charger (caused some frustration). App and charger work great!!

Works well

I have been using the flex AC elite on level 1 for about a month now. It’s been working pretty great. At first it was a bit difficult to connect to wifi but got it connected and since then has only disconnected once.

Great charger. Works well. May get a little hot at 40 amp charge.

All in one convenience

My first EV did not come with a mobile charger, and my home was not yet setup for level 2 charging. It pays for itself, Charging at work/home, scaling to level 2, and capitalizing on clean fuel rebates (Greenmiles)!

A+

No issues, works as it should, been installed since June! Happy customer

Charger works as expected.

I have been charging my 2016 Tesla Model S with this for 6 months without issue. I do have to use a J1772 to NACS adapter though. Would like a Native NACS option. Haven't received any carbon credit money yet.

Charger working as intended.

The charger is worked as intended from the beginning. Occasionally I have an issue with Bluetooth but nothing that doesn't resolve itself. Looking forward to the rebate!

One month review

Flawless from day 1. Surprised so few EV drivers are unaware of the carbon credit rebates. Even EV sales persons are unaware.

Works great . Had it for a month now . Hooking up the wifi was a little tricky bot not that bad other than that no complaints . Love being able to see the heat sensors on the app .

Great charger, never any connectivity issues. Love

Simple à installer

Fonctionne parfaitement,facile à installer,je recommande

Overall good

I am using the charger for about a year now. No issues with charging the Wi-Fi is a little weak and sometimes lacks connectivity. I was able to get a Wi-Fi booster and fix the problem overall very satisfied with the char

Very good

Très bon chargeur fiable et pratique … Le mode wifi est constant et supporte les mise à jours régulièrement

Great value

Awesome little charger that can be used on the go (120V or 240V) or at home. The GreenMiles program is a nice bonus that gives you a rebate per kWh when charging at home.

Charger Experience

Setup was easy Connecting to wifi took a couple tries to get it connected. Once connected to wifi it’s been solid. Sometimes thecharging male connector will heat past 60 celcius at times.

Good charger. Love the points program.

I bought this charger because of the points program. Getting a rebate on my electricity use as prices continue to rise is wonderful. The only issue I’ve experienced is if I try to charge too fast, the plug overheats.

Great portable charger

The charger comes wirh 110 and 220v adapters and is very heavy duty cable but easy enough to use portably. It has wall brackets and a nice carry case. Works great paired with the app.

Reliable excellent product

I purchased my Flex-AC Elite about seven months ago and it continues to work flawlessly. It also works smoothly with the app.

Good

Works well.only issue is when im exporting to the grid and charging the unit won't start Takes a couple of tries but no issue on grid Im assuming the voltage.during export.is out of range.for the charger.

Good charger overall

Overall, the Fkex AC Elite is a good EV charger, but it does have one issue. When the charger disconnects from their cloud servers, the Wi-Fi connection tends to drop as well. Other than that I keep getting rewarded.

Excellent product

It’s been working great for my Toyota BZ for the last 8 months, no complaints at all!

Good customer support

Once the charger was rebooted from the factory I had no issues

Charger that pays you to charge

Excellent way to save money. Charger has thick cables for extra safety.

Great portable charger

The flex ac-élite is a great portable charger that also offers the benefit of going from level 1 to 2. It’s easy to set up but more finicky when wifi is not available.

GreenMiles rewards

I find this program very important to all EV owners. It helps to make everything green! Very good feature is using few chargers on one Rewards account. Thank you.

Pion Charger

We had the Pion charger installed in July 2026 and it works perfectly on our 2 Kia Soul Ev.

Refurbished unit

I bought a refurbished unit and works well. Easy setup using Bluetooth. We are using it on two EV cars, Ford Lightning and Tesla Model X

Good charger, app needs improvements

Solid build and the app tracks everything easily. GreenMiles pays $0.10/kWh, should match others at $0.13. Minor app glitches at times but reliable overall.

Must have...

The Fex-AC Elite is very reasonably priced and delivery was quick. The GreenMiles program is fantastic. All EV owners charging at home should be using this program. Note that the charger must be WiFi connected to earn.

Good, but could be better

The charger works well, but it was not easy to setup. It’s extremely sensitive to the quality of the wifi signal. I had to get a wifi range extender to use the charger.

I’ve been using the Flex-AC Elite for a while now, and overall I’m very happy with it. The installation and setup were straightforward, and charging has been stable and reliable. The 32A charging speed is more than enoug

Easy setup and usage

The elite version is great because of the Bluetooth if you decide to take it somewhere away from home as it's portable. It was easy to set up and customer service is great. They even added a feature I suggested.

Great charger with one minor improvement

Got the charger and it was fairly quick and easy to install. The only problem was attaching the holder for the end of the charger. My Drill could not reach all the way into the holder to work. Everything else was perfect

Excellent Program

The GreenMiles program is easy to understand, the app runs very well, and assuming I get a cheque at the end of the year, (fingers crossed), the program is a no-brainer for any EV owner.

Compact, reliable charger

I’m really happy with this car charger. It has given me the highest rewards compared with other chargers I’ve used, which is a big plus. The charger itself is compact and convenient, so it doesn’t take up much space, and

Easy to use Charger

I purchased my charger 3 months ago. Installation was easy - plug it in, download the app and follow the app instructions. I can't wait to get my first GreenMiles reward!

Satisfait

Charger

Charger has worked as it is supposed to. Arrived quickly and easy to set up.

Très bon produit

Ce chargeur est très bon! Je l’apporte partout. Je suis sur la route 1 semaine par mois et certains hôtel offre la prise NEMA 14-50R à l’extérieur. Je branche donc ce chargeur et il fait le travail très bien.

Best charger

This charger is so easy to use. The app is simple and user-friendly. The green miles rewards program is the best among others out there. I would definitely recommend this to many of my friends and relatives.

Earning back $$

Good to earn back dollars. App interface can be improved but no major criticism.

AC Elite

I've been very happy with the Pion Power AC-Elite. It delivers reliable Level 2 charging, feels well built, and offers excellent value compared to more expensive brands. Setup was straightforward, and charging performanc

I purchased this as it allowed level 1 charging and status information which I can as looking for. This has been amazing for me to see all the status and charging information.
